Birthing From Within® Childbirth Preparation Classes
I run periodic classes using the Birthing From Within framework. If you are interested in participating in this class or arranging another, please contact me via this form or call/text 773-255-4542 for more information and/or to discuss possible dates and times. You can find out more about what to expect from Birthing From Within classes here.
My next group class is to be announced. In the meantime, please be in touch if you’d like to schedule a private class.
Birthing From Within …for First Time Expectant Parents:
This is an intensive series of six classes condensed into three Sundays. The price for this class is $300 for two participants.
Content includes practical information about labor including medical decision making, multiple hands-on pain coping strategies and extensive interactive activities and self-reflective work to build confidence and strengthen your ability to meet whatever your birth may bring.
If at any given time, group classes do not work for you, private classes are available. I also have Pam England’s Birthing From Within Pain-Coping Practice cd available to borrow or purchase. Give me a call or drop me a line!
- Labor and Birth

I ask for a flat fee of $975 for my labor doula services package, however when needed they are available on a sliding scale. Please call or email me to discuss what working with me would include and to see if you would like to set up a phone interview or time to meet in person. I can be reached by phone at 773-255-4542.
Please also shop around! There are many amazing doulas and birth educators in Chicago and it is important to find the one who is right for you. You can check out local birth and postpartum doula listings at Birthlink or visit doulamatch.net.
