After I buckled them in, took this picture and I got into the front seat, I paused for a moment and they both started saying “Let’s GO Mama!” I hesitate to write this in case I jinx it, but my children take car trips completely in stride – you might even say they enjoy them. I am not sure where they get this from since as a child I dreaded car trips and (TMI warning) invariably vomited en route to anywhere further than an hour away. But I have never even heard a peep about motion sickness from them. Maybe its the portable kiddo-distracting devices that weren’t available to my mom.
