We took this as we hurried to try to catch representatives in their offices across the street before the hearing began. The Stratton Office Building is where all of the rank and file representative offices are located. They are packed in like sardines on the second floor. Maneuvering the double stroller through there was a feat in and of itself so there was little opportunity to take pictures from the inside.
